Do I need to have print-ready artwork completed before ordering?

If you do, great! If you don't, no worries! We can create new artwork for you or recreate established logos if you don't have them in a digital format.

Can I see my print before it goes into production?

Absolutely! All orders will receive a digital mock up for your approval prior to entering production. Keep in mind, our job lead time starts after proof approval, as no garments are ordered before then.

What file types do I need to send in?

We prefer vector files in .AI, .EPS or .PDF files, however a high-res JPEG or PNG at 300dpi may work as well. If you’re unsure if your design file is what we need, send it over and we’ll be happy to take a look at it.

Do you have order minimums?

Yes we do. All print and embroidery minimums are 12 pieces per design/color/location. Promotional product minimums vary per item.

What are your payment policies?

Full payment is due prior to beginning production.

ORDERING
Do you have set up fees?

Yes we do. Screen print set ups are $20 per color, per location. There are no set up fees for embroidery, however there is a one-time digitizing fee for all logos.

What brands of apparel do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of print brands such as Gildan, Hanes, Jerzees, Fruit of the Loom, District, Next Level, Bella Canvas and more. We also offer retail brands such as Carhartt, Under Armour, New Era, Nike, Ogio, Puma and more.

Can I supply my own garments?

All garments must be ordered through us. This is for several reasons including liability and consistency.

What locations can you print on my shirt?

Typical locations include full front, chest print, full back, back yoke or sleeve prints. We can also print on the sides, given that there are no side seams on the garment.

What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround times vary by the season and work load, but typically expect 2-3 working weeks.

Can you rush an order?

Most likely! As long as you have all the correct files and the garments are available, we may be able to rush your order. Please note, rushed orders result in production and staff changes and therefore an added fee.

What are you max print dimensions?

The max print area is 12" wide by 14" high.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of customized apparel, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order, please reach out to us so we can quickly figure it out together.

Definitely! We ship via UPS or USPS, whichever makes the most sense for your order.
